Tariff Update:

April 21, 2025

Dear Valued Partners,

We’re following up on our recent communication regarding U.S. tariff-related pricing changes.

While we had previously anticipated select pricing increases would take effect today, we’re pleased to share that those changes have been postponed until June 1st.

The situation remains fluid, and we’ve been working closely with our supply chain team and vendor partners to evaluate the latest developments. Thanks to that collaboration, we’re able to hold pricing steady for now.

While June 1st is our target for price adjustments on select styles, that timeline may shift depending on the outcome of ongoing trade negotiations. We’ll keep you informed as things progress.

For Canada-bound shipments, pricing remains unchanged, and we remain committed to honoring that.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these evolving circumstances. Our priority is to minimize disruption and help you plan with confidence.

Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership.

To our valued partners,

In the spirit of staying transparent and adaptable, we wanted to share some updates following the latest news out of Washington.

As you have likely heard, the U.S. government recently announced a 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs. During this period, a base 10% tariff will apply to many imported products—with one major exception: goods from China are now subject to a 145% tariff.

In response, we’ve refined our approach:

  • Many of our U.S.-bound items will see modest price increases effective April 21st, based on inventory levels and country of origin

  • We are absorbing part of the cost increase internally to minimize the impact to you

  • Products made in Canada are unaffected, and we continue to grow that offering
  • For our Canadian customers and Canada-bound shipments, pricing remains unchanged

We're hopeful that over the next 90 days, global trade discussions will progress—and we’ll continue to adjust with those changes, keeping you informed as we go.

As always, we’re here to help you plan ahead. If you’re working within tight budgets or need help identifying alternatives, just reach out. Whether it’s switching to lower-impact items, reviewing timelines, or talking through credit support—we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Thank you for your continued partnership and trust. We don’t take it for granted.
