After over 30 years with the company, Rob Spector has transitioned to Chairman, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance as the company builds on its strong foundation for future success.

Alan Meinstein has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer. Alan has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and innovation at Spector & Co. As CEO, he will focus on advancing the company’s growth strategy with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Samantha Kates has been promoted to President. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she has been crucial in strengthening Spector & Co.’s sales and strategic partnerships. In her new role, she will lead revenue growth, product development, and marketing strategies, driving further innovation and market expansion.
